What personal data we process and why we do it
We process your personal information in our registers such as name, address, year of birth, telephone number, e-mail and your uploaded works of art.
The purpose of the processing is to be able to handle our register of applicants to the Nordic Salon and carry out an assessment of works of art in front of the jury. We have received your information through your application to be a member of Nordisk Salong. The legal basis for processing your personal data is that we have entered into an agreement through this.
We never share your personal information with anyone
No one other than the board has access to the personal data, unless we are required by law to share it. However, we will never share your information with a country outside the EU.
As long as we keep your personal information
Your information is saved one year after your membership has ended or one year after the event you participated in.
What rights do you have over your personal information
The person responsible for personal data is Helsingborgs konstförening. You have the right to contact us if you want information about the information we have about you. You can request corrections, transfers and change, restrict and request deletion of your data. The easiest way to do this is to contact us by email: info@hbgkonst.se.
If you have a complaint about our processing of your personal data, you have the right to complain to the supervisory authority Datainspektion.
